Refund Policy

Hatch Clayworks, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy for our classes, workshops, memberships, and product purchases. Please review the following policy carefully before registering or purchasing.

1. Classes and Workshops

a. Customer Cancellations

  • Cancellations More Than 7 Days Before Start Date: If you cancel your registration for a class or workshop at least 7 days before the start date, you are eligible for a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee to cover administrative costs.

  • Cancellations Less Than 7 Days Before Start Date: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund. However, you may transfer your registration to another class or workshop of equal value, subject to availability, within 6 months of the original class date.

  • No-Shows: If you fail to attend a class or workshop without prior notice, no refund or transfer will be provided.

b. Cancellations by Hatch Clayworks

  • We reserve the right to cancel a class or workshop due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • If we cancel a class or workshop, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to another class or workshop of equal value.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

c. Missed Classes

  • If you miss a session of a multi-session class, no refunds or make-up sessions will be provided unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of registration.

2. Studio Memberships

  • Cancellation: Studio memberships may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice to [insert email address]. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we terminate your membership without cause, in which case a prorated refund for the unused portion will be provided.

  • Suspension: Memberships cannot be paused or suspended unless approved in writing by Hatch Clayworks, LLC.

3. Product Purchases

  • Final Sales: All ceramic product sales are final, except in cases of damage during shipping or manufacturing defects.

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
